Search Criteria section of Delivered Prompt Lookup and Delivered Pivot Grid Search

Dear All,

Please advise on the following queries, raised by the business users as it is affecting their work processing. We are using CS 9.2 with PT 8.58. Screenshots attached.

1. The delivered prompt lookup ‘Search Criteria’ section is collapsed by default. Can the ‘Search Criteria’ section be in expanded state by default. This will assist in identifying the search parameters and enter the appropriate values. Business users are missing on clicking on the search criteria section, and have to scroll through the entire prompt results.

2. The Pivot Grid Search Page in Fluid Components, the 'New Search' section which holds all are the key parameters is collapsed by default. This is also leading to search all values and the no of clicks have increased for the users in first opening the Search section and entering the required values. When they are checking multiple entries, this is increasing the overall time. How can the New Search section be in expanded state by default, so that users can enter the relevant information and check the respective entries.
