xelsysadm user got locked while Cloning DB Connector.

Hello,

We have OIM12c214. We have initially created DBUM connector for Provisioning users. Which worked great. We wanted to created another similar DBUM connector for another but similar DB. So We went to Identity console and chose Applications under Manage and chose the 1st connector. Then we hit clone option. Then we updated the 2nd DB information. When clicked "Test Connection" it tested fine. When we hit "Apply" hoping that it is going to create another DB Connector the OIM Identity console started to behave strangely. For example nothing would come up on "Applications" tab. So logged out and tried
