PT8.58.13 - Unzip 4th file (client Setup) - Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

I am trying to unzip the 4th file and I either get an unexpected error (0x80004005) if using 'extract all' or a CRC error when using 7zip. With 7zip the files are unzipped but then when I run the setupclient from the command prompt it fails with a CRC error.

I have no issues with the 1st file.
