Need clarification on the Oracle MCS Subscription for Oracle EBS Push Notification

We are using Oracle Approval EBS App from MAA file. we are in need to configure push notification for the Oracle Approval EBS Mobile App. From the Oracle Documentation. It is stated that we need to use Oracle MCS for the push notification. Currently we don't have any Oracle MCS subscription.


Please let me know, whether for Oracle EBS customer, any Oracle MCS subscription is available for free to use or we need to create a separate Oracle MCS subscription.
