Online Form Displaying Incorrectly After PTools Upgrade

After PeopleSoft was updated recently (to PUM 38 and PTools 8.58), we have lost the ability to effectively print online forms out of the program. Firefox browser had offered the best option, but something has reset and we are not able to print forms they way they need to be seen.

During the approval/review process, the user goes to Approve/Review a Form menu option. Then she clicks "Go To Form" to view it. At this point, they want to print it. So they have been capturing the screen to print.


How do we make the screen display correctly for printing?
