Validating users in IDCS across tenancies

in Identity Management (MOSC) Question

Hello,

We have two cloud tenancies. We want to use one IDCS to validate both applications for SSO. For ex Tenancy A is Fusion apps and Tenancy B is OACS. We want to use the IDCS in Tenancy B to perform validation of users and allow SSO login (by creating a app in B for Fusion and syncing users).


Is this possible? How do we achieve this?
