ES Index getting stuck at "PTSF_GENFEED.INDXDATA.Step01" for the SD: EP_AP_VOUCHERS


Hi,

We are upgrading PeopleSoft FSCM, 8.56.11/IMG30 to 8.58.10/IMG39, and getting issues while deploying the Elastic Search Index for the Search Definition: EP_AP_VOUCHERS. While running the Full Index it gets stuck at PTSF_GENFEED.INDXDATA.Step01

Please note

We have undeployed, redeployed the Search definition but still getting the same issue.

We are able to run the Full Indexes for the other Search definition, like EP_PV_EXPRESSITEMS_SD


Any help or lead is appreciated.
