Attachment framework stopped working after Weblogic Server (WLS) Patch

We recently applied WLS patch to our PeopleTools environments.

After applying patch the PeopleTools Attachment framework stopped working or something is preventing it from working. The framework is for attaching, viewing or deleting files/documents/images from known place.

Any customers been impacted by this? If so what was the fix? Rolling back is not an option as we need to stay current on patches.
