Prompt values not working properly in Pivot Grid

Dear All,

I am creating a Pivot Grid out of an existing/working PS Query. For some reason, the prompt table values are not reflecting in the Pivot Grid, while they are working properly in the PS Query.

Attached are screenshots, where after adding Institution value, the Academic Year needs to be added. In the Pivot Grid, even after adding the Academic Institution prompt value, it is not reflecting the value in the next search prompt. Due to this, the academic year values are not appearing.

It’s working properly in PS Query but not in Pivot Grid.

Is there any specific pivot permission which needs to be granted.
