EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (MOSC)

EBS logging page not displayed though all services running fine

Hi, wondering some one can help me

When trying to log in I am getting below error on the browser

"The system has encountered an error when servicing the request, Please try again. If the error persists, please contact the system administrator."

Even though all the services working fine and there are no errors in any of the logs.

My environment is Standalone database and EBS application servers

Application server

EBS version - 12.2.5

Database server

OS - Oracle Linux Server release 7.8

DB version - 11.2.0.4.0
