PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

Cannot transfer file from a Peoplesoft server to a SFTP server due to libssh2 issue.

We are using PS HCM 9.2 with PT8.58.06, Oracle DB 19.10.0.0.0 on Oracle Linux 7.6 64bit.

We need to transfer files from PS HCM Process scheduler serverto our SFTP server

We have done the setup sftp URL to transfer file via an Application Engine.
Running process to transfer file successfully, but the file size in destination folder is less than the file in source folder, and there was error in trace file:

Try to test SFTP file transferring via Peopletools Test Utilities -> Attachments, it was failed with the error message in FileTransfer.log:
