Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Where and what should i check to correct this error?

We did and upgrade from PUM 29 to PUM 39, and suddenly the process that was working before started to give me warning"BIIF0001" .

Please look at the transaction and please help me out to find out the what's wrong after this upgrade.
