Receive msg: ERROR : Execution of command returned StdErr0%...10%...20%...30%...40%...50%...60%...70%...80%...90%...100% when trying to install PUM 40 in local machine

Followed steps outlined in Doc ID 2296983.1 but error continues.

Has anyone encountered this error?
