Problems with Oracle Instantclient 19.11 32bit ODBC on Server 2012R2

in Windows Oracle Data Access Components (MOSC) Question

Hello,

I have a problem with Oracle Instantclient 19.11 32bit ODBC on Server 2012R2

After installing Basic and ODBC package for 32bit it is not possible to add a DSN with 32bit ODBC administrator.

Tested same with 64bit package and 64bit ODBC Administrator which worked well.

VC 2017 redistributable is also installed.


Has anyone an idea what could be missing?

Did not have that problems with Instanclient 12 and 32bit ODBC.
