IEX: Strategy Management output file is in Draft Mode - Why?

Advanced Collections, R12.2.9

Hello, We are implementing Advanced Collections and after running the IEX: Strategy Management process, the report is showing in draft mode. I have found that some of the data is not correct. How can we change the process from draft mode to final mode? I believe this may correct the issue.
