Single User Processes going to No Success
Hello,
We have an issue that just started yesterday afternoon where 1 user is not able to run ANY Billing processes. The processes are immediately going to No Success and no logs are created. We tried tracing the process and no logs or trace file were generated. We have tried running new run controls for the user with no success. Other users are able to run the same processes with no issue. Has anyone else seen this issue? What have you done to resolve it?
