Can Book to Bank be Used without Issues if All External Accounts Contain the Same GL BU

We are on 9.2 Image 33, Peopletools 8.56.20.

We are interested in implementing Book to Bank to begin using it and found all of our external accounts contained the same GL BU value. Will this cause any issues or produce an inaccurate report when utilizing Book to Bank or does it prevent us from being able to use it?
