Sub Page on Drop zone appears on Bottom of Fluid Page when mapped to top DZ

Hello,

I am trying to use the Drop Zone feature in one of the Fluid Pages.

I have mapped my Fluid Subpage to the Top DZ via DZ Configuration.

However the custom Fluid Subpage appears on the bottom of the subpage.

My Custom Fluid Subpage:

Fluid Page Appearance:

Its supposed to be appearing on the Top Part of the Fluid Page (Above Incident Details Section) .

What am I missing ?
