Instructions for upgrading Peopletools 8.56 to 8.58

Where can i find step by step instruction for doing a Peopletools only upgrade on linux from 8.56 to 8.58. I have looked up the Peoplesoft upgrade home page, however i am looking for details like.

  1. Do i need to do mid-tier deployment of 8.58, installing oracle client, weblogic, tuxedo.
  2. DO i need to create new app server , web server, process scheduler domain for 858
  3. is there a change package that comes with 8.58 that change assistant will use to do the upgrade.
