TDUP file is created as 0 byte file and hence allowing duplicates

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

We are using Oracle Retail 16.0.2 version. We have seen that tdup file is generated as 0 byte file for all our POS stores and it is correctly generated with range for OMS stores (Web stores). Therefore duplicate checking is not happening for POS stores.
