Page shouldn't accessible to the user even they have PeopleSoft Admin Role

Hi Team,

We have developed new page where users can run report for their daily work. And we have created separate role for this page so that only specific Users can access this page since the report pulls confidential data. But this page is accessible to other users who has PeopleSoft Admin role.

How to hide this page from the users who has PeopleSoft Admin role?
