RMAN based database migration

I need to migrate an Oracle 19.09 database to version 19.10 using RMAN. The source is a non-CDB, and the target needs to be a PDB. The source database uses Golden Gate. I am looking for a technical plan for the project. Is there an Oracle document available for this?
