Getting error while downloading the custom WEBADI in AP

Hello,

I have created one custom AP invoice upload WEB ADI integrator and assigned to one AP responsibility, but when we are trying to create a document few users are getting below error msg and few are able to download the document successfully. and I have check all options that I know and every think looks fine. could you please suggest me any option to fix this.

You do not have permission to access this functionality.

Please contact your system administrator for assistance.
