Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is there a way to combine subinventory transfer with cost group transfer?

Hi,

We are on 12.2.7 with WMS installed. So the accounts at subinventory are controlled by the Cost Group assigned to the subinventory.

Sometimes we have to receive product (without LPN or Lot or Revision) into a subinventory-1 having Cost Group-1.
Thus the entire quantity received in that subinventory-1 gets assigned to Cost Group-1.
Later on some of the inventory is moved to another subinventory-2 having Cost Group-2 - by subinventory transfer.

The transferred quantity in subinventory-2 continues to remain assigned to Cost Group-1.

We have to perform a Cost Group Transfer separately from Material Workbench.

Is there a way to combine subinventory transfer with cost group transfer?
