SAIMPTLOGI failing with "9 threads available out of 10"

Client version: 14.1.2

This client has raised issue saying SAIMPTLOGI job is failing with no threads available. As per the details, they are processing both Ecomm and Brick & Mortar stores sales in one run.

Client said whenever SAIMPTLOGI fails, there will be some RTLOG files present in the INPATH. One will be the Ecomm RTLOG will be approximately 30 MB size holding 8K plus transactions in average.

We analyzed the logs and found there were memory issues noted. We suggested to have them process Ecomm and B&M store sales separately.

Their question is even if they process Ecomm sales alone, it will still create issues due to file size. We recommended to process Ecomm sales in intervals.
