Chrome https://support.oracle.com/portal Hangs; Does not direct to mysso/signon.jsp

Hello, Everyone

Since 23-Aug-21, my Google Chrome browser no longer directs my MOS sign-on attempts to https://login.oracle.com/mysso/signon.jsp

Chrome only fails when I'm connected to work through my company's VPN. Everyone remains working remotely, so VPN is our way in.

Google Chrome is up to date; Version 92.0.4515.159 (Official Build) (64-bit).

The same version of Chrome works as expected from my home workstation and regular ISP.

I start on https://support.oracle.com/portal/ and click on the "Login to My Oracle Support" button. The URL immediately adds a # to the address, so it becomes https://support.oracle.com/portal/#
