Supplier and site not inserted to RFI_XREF_DVM table

Hi,

Once the supplier site are created in EBS, these are posted to RMS via the RFI. But within the RFI the supplier and site are not getting created in RFI_XREF_DVM table.

Any clues what could be the cause.
