API or script to delete Recurring definitions

Hi Team,

Users are able to delete recurring definitions from front end(Nav: General Ledger Super User -- Journals -- Define -- Recurring) by selecting specific recurring definition and click on delete. We have 100's of recurring definitions to delete. so we are looking for API or functionality to perform that.


We are not able to find any API or functionality to perform delete through procedure/package. So please help us providing the script or API to delete recurring definitions through backend.
