PTF Not Recording Steps/Actions

Hello,

I am testing PTF in Image 39 which has PeopleTools 8.58.09. I was testing update of PO's. So many steps/actions are not getting recorded by PTF.

A colleague is using PTF in our development environment which has PeopleTools 8.58.11. He was testing update of PO's and the same thing is happening that steps/actions are not getting recorded.

I wonder if anyone experienced these problems and how did you solve the problem.
