R12.2.9 : Is it possible to add the Collector Email/ Group Email in CC Address of Dunning Emails

Hi Christine,

Good morning.

Have following questions and appreciate your support.

1 ) Is it possible to add the CC address of Collector/ Any Group Email in all dunning communications ?

2) Also, while testing the system, can we set IEX: Test Email Destination at user level to avoid sending to external customers. ?
