Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How does Budgetary Control work for an imported Journals

I have imported journals with related cost centers and accounts

however, these combinations (cost center and accounts ) has start date and end date

does the Budgetary Control look at the proper dates or in the day of posting journals
