search for PO pending on emaployee ,whereas can not find it in his worklist

Hi

We are working on Oracle EBS12.1.3 , there is Purchase order its status shows as pending on employee whereas when we checked employee worklist we could not find that purchase order .

Please could anyone help me how I can find that PO as it hasbeen sent to approval from long time from 14 FEB2021.

Please advise me how search for that PO

I will grateful if you update me soon
