Workflow Closed Mail Message

Hi

We are on Oracle EBS 11i.

Users have reported they are receiving notifications "You earlier received the notification shown below. That notification is now closed, and no longer requires your response. You may simply delete it along with this message" even after the PO has been approved. This was not happening before.

I checked:

This looks like "Workflow Closed Mail Message" or "Orig. Workflow Closed Mail Message".

I would like to know what triggers these messages and how to turn these off. e.g. is there a profile option, or a WF Mailer setting, or Workflow itself needs changing.
