Using DMS Script for User profile creation in PeopleSoft

Hello,

We are on Tools Release 8.55.25 

Application Release Financials/SCM 9.10.00.000 . Wanted to know is there a way we can automate user profile creation in PeopleSoft.

Can we use DMS scripts?

Create new user profiles and add role for the user IDs.
Delete a role from user profiles.
Add a role to existing user profiles.

Can someone please provide DMS scripts for above?
