Sending Dunning Letters with Strategies

We have implemented Strategies in Advanced Collections of Oracle EBS 12.2.5.  Is it possible to have a work item to automatically email dunning letters to only certain customers (only if defined on the customer profile to send dunning) and have the work item completed after this happens?  If so what configurations are needed and can this be done without anything custom?
