Primavera Analytics: How do I use a formula on a Subtotal?

in Primavera (MOSC) Question
I defined "% Change" as a calculated measure that shows the percentage of change orders vs base commit. How do I apply that formula on the subtotal, instead of getting the sum of all rows for this particular measure?
