After Upgrading to Peopletools 8.58.13 missing images on some tiles in the landing page

We recently upgrade our Peopletools from 8.56 to 8.58.13. After the upgrade I noticed that the login page looks different than it was before. After logging in i noticed that images were missing in Process monitor, report manager and query viewer tiles. I tried clearing the client browser cache, restarted the web server, app server. the issue still remains. Thanks
