What table can I find strategies "in error" for Advanced Collections Module

Current Oracle Version: 12.1.3

There are strategies that are currently "in error" and these are not showing up in the UWQ. I was hoping to find which table(s) the strategy messages show up in so that I can build a query for business use to locate these accounts.
