What's the impact of changing the financial calendar?

Our business is currently setup around a 5-4-4 week financial calendar. The request is now to adjust the calendar to a regular monthly calendar as 0f 2022 as January 1st would be the first day of P1 for 2022.
We would like to do an impact assessment to make sure we do not overlook anything, so would love to see some feedback from companies who did this and what needed to be reviewed.
We are using the following modules: GL, EX, AP, PO, AR, BI, OM, INV, AM
