Upgrade to Image 33 and PT 8.57.18

Hello,

We are in the process of planning for upgrade to Image 33 from Image 0 and PeopleTools 8.55 to 8.57. Need some suggestion:

Whether we should go with Upgrade, if yes, how many hops do we need to make i.e. how many steps? Or can we directly upgrade to Image 33?

Instead should be go for re-implementation?

Can you please advise on Pros and Cons of Upgrade vs Re-Implementation in this scenario.
