Error received when running the psft-dpk-setup.bat --cleanup command

We need to clean up the current environment so we can install Image 39 for HCM.  We upgraded to PT 8.58 with Image 38. 

I am tasked with installing Image 39 and received the following error when trying to clean up before proceeding
