Invalid SQL while executing function init in algorithm pkcs7_encrypted_encrypt. (211, 402) 
CRYPT_WRK.SELECT_FLAG.FieldChange PCPC:179 Statement:3

Steps -

1. Created new Encryption Profile 'TEST' with the Algorithm Chain ID PKCS7_ENCRYPTED 
2. Tested newly created Profile and got error:
