in nvision about Not in tree criteria functionality

while searching nvision notes and I found a Red_Paper document from oracle site.
I had found Not in Tree Criteria functionality in nvision reporting tool
I am not able to see this option (Not in Tree Criteria ) functionality in my nvision tools.
Please let me know how to activate (Not in Tree Criteria ) functionality in nvision reporting tool.
My Tools version is . People Tools 8.55.25
Application Release version is: Financials/SCM: 9.20.000.
