Microfocus Cobol License Manager Error 'Unable to contact license manager'

I am getting similar issue as mentioned in documents id below, can someone help me with the service name as part of fixing the solution?

E-COB: Getting Microfocus Cobol License Manager Error 'Unable to contact license manager' Sporadically After a Month of Running Without Any Issues (Doc ID 2598525.1)


When I start the script "startlserv.sh", it works but I wanted to check if I have to grep whether service is running or not I have no other option than running the script cesadmintool.sh to check if its running or not,,,If license manager don't run it won't work and as part of fix I need to restart "startlserv.sh" each time every month.
