R12.2.9 : UWQ is not showing Delinquent Transaction count and Strategy Items Account counts

Hi Christine

Good morning and I'm back with another question
We have strategies defined at Account and Bill to Level.

In Checklist, Collections level for organization opted for Account, Bill To and Delinquency level.

The UWQ is not showing counts for Delinquent transactions and Strategies count at account level where as it's showing count only for Delinquent Accounts.

Earlier, the counts of delinquent was not showing bill to level Strategy OU's but later it was showing after we applied the patch (UWQ Delinquent Bill To Node Shows Count of 0 After Upgrading to 12.2.9 (Doc ID 2745136.1))

Looking forward for your assistance to show Delinquent Transactions and Strategy Items count.
