Integrate Oracle with Microsoft Active Directory

We run Oracle (from 11g to 19c) in Windows Servers.
I got a request to implement an integration with the company AD, and allow users connect to the Oracle databases using their AD users.

I made some researches and in one of them I could see that this is only possible by using Oracle Enterprise Edition.

I'd like to ask the community about this and if someone can share a detailed procedure with me about how to make this happen.
