exceltoCI error

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered
I am able to run excelToCIs in 32 bit excel on windows 10, but when try to run the same ExcelToCIs in 64 bit get a soap error.   2147012894.  Error occurred in routine sendSoapRequest_SubmitToDB  -- the operation timed out.  Has anyone else seen this?
