We want to migrate IBM DB2 database of 1.1TB size to Oracle 19c via SQL developer tool

 Need a proper guidance   how to proceed for same  via offline method. 

 IBM  databases consisting 450 no of tables and 350 triggers . and out of 2450 table 15 tables is having CLOB data. 

how would we plan  to migrate the databases and how would we migrated the delta data  during Cut over.
