PSAUDIT record not showing correct data for language tables

Hi,

The PSAUDIT record is not showing correct data when changes were made in language records.
For Example, consider PS_GL_ACCOUNT_LANG record. When new account is added, The Add action values were stored in PSAUDIT as change action. We have set Add, Update and Delete actions on record field level of PS_GL_ACCOUNT_LANG record.
Also, when we are updating existing value, it is stored as Add action in PSAUDIT record.

Please assist.
