Problem with OAM 12.2.1.4.0 and Federation (including loopback) with multiple OAM managed servers

Hi,

We have been trying to get Federation in OAM 12.2.1.4.0 working in our environment, where we have multiple OAM managed servers and Apache proxies for the /oam and /oamfed endpoints.  We also have an F5 VIP that load balances among the Apache proxies.

It works if we only have a single OAM managed server and apache proxy, but if we have more than one of those apacheproxy+OAM managed server pairs, and we test, it looks like we are authenticating successfully, but then we end up with a blank response page.

When there is more than one pair, and I watch the logs, I can see that sub-requests are being made to multiple apache proxies.
